Sarah has a true love of design in all forms, from photography to architecture to fashion. Her versatile and well-rounded background allows her to see interior design from all angles. Her experiences include junior designer/drafter for architectural firm, BKV Group in Minneapolis, designer at SieMatic Kitchens in NYC's A&D Building, and 7 years as a successful sales person/designer at Waterworks' flagship showroom in NYC where she spent two more years as commercial project manager for hospitality/condominium projects Her design aesthetic, knowledge of construction, attention to detail and the ability to think outside the box are invaluable assets she brings to the table with any project.

Shawn Stiles is the principle of S & S Architectural Design LLC. His eclectic body of work includes experience in commercial, residential, and educational projects. A graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia, Shawn has been a registered architect since 2009, practicing in New York and New Jersey and is a member of the American Institute of Architects. He was the project architect on an Upper East Side full townhouse renovation for Lichten Craig Architects, and has also designed custom homes ranging from 4500 sf to 7000 sf. Other work includes facade repairs, school additions and gut renovations for a development company in Brooklyn of over 75 apartment units.
With a family history of over 60 years in construction, Frank Gocaj founded his own firm, HI Construction in New York City in 2001. Beginning in commercial construction, his company has grown into servicing the high-end residential construction market. A key to Frank’s success is an approach that starts with clear communication among client, designer and crew. From there, his ability to maintain a view of the overall scope of a project while tending to
the smallest of details produces results that include the highest quality workmanship, and, most important, a satisfied client.

Ingrid Rancier is an Associate of S & S Architectural Design LLC and an AIA Associate member. She received her BA in Architecture from The City College of New York and then went on to work at Garrison McNeil and Associates. Her focus was in residential, commercial and community facility projects. Ingrid then worked at Archetype LLC for four years as a project manager specilizing in high end residential projects. Her work has been featured in such industry publications as Trends Kitchen and Trends Bath.
Sharmiette comes to S&S Architectural Design LLC with a B.A. in Architectural Technology from New York City College of Technology and ??? years of architectural and project manager experience at such firms as Terjesen Associates Architects and Archetype LLC. Her work has been featured in such industry publications as Trends Kitchen, Trends Bath, and The New York Times.
Anki King grew up in a small town in Norway. After receiving her degree at NYBU in Lillehammer, Anki moved to NYC in 1995 and embarked on an 18-year career as the model coordinator, office and administrative manager at the Art Students League of NY. While lecturing to art students, she started and ran the highly successful workshop program at the league for four years. She continues to exercise her exceptional managerial skills while balancing her art career exhibiting her artwork both in Europe and US.

A true advocate of form-follows-function, John's detailed approach to design puts his clients' practical needs first and then incorporates them into living spaces of style, comfort and beauty. A graduate of Parson's School of Interior Design, John has over 15 years of experience in New York City working at various interior design and architectural firms including Fox & Fowle Architects, Bilhuber & Associates, Archetype LLC, and Duo Studio, a design/build firm that he co-created. John's work has been featured in such industry publications as rends Kitchen, Trends Bath, Women's Day Home and The New York Times.

We start with city permits and board approvals and then move with you through the architectural process. Once designing and material selection are finalized we can start the construction process.
